I found this release a while back from the Mad Blasts Of Chaos blog, chur :).
Shortlived are form Wellington and play a fast, thrashy style of hardcore. The few times I have seen them live have been intense, loud and fast... The crowd really gets into it. This is a nice 4 track demo that I really cannot get enough of.
